This cafe gets probably 100 per cent of its business from the enormous Olympia conference hall over the road. The cafe is pretty much a single file queue down to the stumpy till with a small swarm of tiny chairs with accompanying tables at the back.
The place is run very much like a kebab shop-orders are shouted across the room and everything feels very flustered. I notice that quite humorously however, that a majority of the orders are discovered to be wrong on exiting the premises but that the queue is too long to re-enter and complain. I marked this venue as a bar because alcohol by the bottle is also on sale next to the coffee, probably for all the alcoholic businessmen entering the bulging warehouse opposite.
Overall this venue is a mark of convenience only, i recommend the sausage baguet but not the seating or the flurried service.

In 1908 the Olympic Games came to London for the first time, and more importantly to Shepherds Bush, where the great White City was being built for the Franco British Exhibition.
